Services

Transcolbusiness offers white taxi passenger transport services in Bogotá and surrounding municipalities, including recurring corporate transport, El Dorado Airport transfers, tourist tours, premium executive transport and group transport. All of our services are subject to fleet and driver availability at the time of the request.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any of our services without prior notice, always seeking to minimize the impact on our clients.

Reservations & Payments

Reservations can be made through our web form, WhatsApp or phone call. Once the reservation is confirmed, the client will receive a notification with the service details.

• Rates are fixed according to the type of service and vehicle selected, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept the following payment methods: credit/debit card, PSE, PayPal, Nequi, Daviplata and cash.
• For recurring corporate services, billing is monthly consolidated with a per-trip breakdown.
• The client is responsible for providing truthful and complete information at the time of booking.

Responsibilities

Transcolbusiness is committed to providing the service with the highest standards of safety, punctuality and quality. However, we are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by weather conditions, demonstrations, traffic accidents or force majeure.
• Loss or forgetfulness of personal objects inside the vehicles. We recommend always checking your belongings when getting off.
• Changes in the service schedule requested with less than 30 minutes notice.
• Damage to electronic devices connected to the vehicle's USB ports.

The client agrees to use the services responsibly, respect the drivers and comply with the rules of coexistence during the journey. Failure to comply will entitle Transcolbusiness to cancel the service without a refund.

Privacy Policy

At Transcolbusiness we value and protect your privacy. The personal data you provide (name, phone, email, address) is used exclusively for the provision and improvement of our transport services.

• We do not share your personal data with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
• Billing data is stored securely and used solely for the generation of electronic invoices.
• You may request the deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to info@transcolbusiness.com.
• This website uses cookies to improve the user experience. By browsing, you accept the use of cookies in accordance with this policy.
